TechTide exists to spread awareness of technology and AI. Accurate, clear information is the whole point, so these are the standards every article meets.
Review before publishing
Every article is reviewed and approved by an editor before it goes live. Nothing is published automatically.
Sourcing
Factual claims are backed by a source: manufacturer specifications, official documentation, regulators, patch notes, or our own hands-on use. Each article links to at least one primary source. We only describe hands-on experience when it is real.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help with research outlines, first drafts and editing. An editor checks every fact against the source, rewrites the draft, and is accountable for the final article. We do not publish AI output without human review.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and update the article's "updated" date. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article. Report errors on the contact page.
Independence
Advertisers and affiliate partners do not review or approve articles. We do not accept payment for positive coverage.
Updates
Buying guides are reviewed at least every six months, and how-to guides when a software update changes the steps.
